great car
Mine is 3.0 v6 auto with select shift
200,000 miles, still running strong. will squeek the tires in 2nd

 

hmmmm might be worth $1,500.00 as a beater college car. needs a new windshield at minimum, need to get a quote on that.

 

Good cars. Easy to upkeep. good fuel mileage.
Around here they have quite a following
A nice 01 Eclipse inspected could bring up to $3000

 

I would consider a 4 cylinder, but, I've seen issues with the 6 cylinder models. They all seem to start using oil around 150-200 k. Then start smoking.

 

Mine is a 3.0 v6
It uses a qt every 3,500 oil change
I do use 2 steps hotter than stock plug

At 200,000 miles, I am thinking about pulling the valve seals, and replacing them. Might even freshen the heads. Maybe. It's not smoking

 

Been there, usually still smoking.

I got mine 4 years ago, no history, maybe someone beat me inside, might be already freshened up some. has a lot of aftermarket parts......

 

Yeah but, I can't help but notice the tools laying on the driveway...
