Modified 49 1/2 ton pickup. ALL Ford except the seatbelts. 351 Cleveland motor(stock) with a 4 speed transmission. Dana 44 I believe is what the rear is. Non posi. Custom side exhaust that sounds deep and mellow. Modified dash that has Speedometer and tach. Other gauges are mounted separately. AM/FM aftermarket radio. Electrical system is upgraded to 12 volts. Power assisted drum brakes all around and the brakes can put a person through the windshield if not buckled up in a panic stop. Custom side exhaust, stock exhaust manifolds. Door art is vinyl and can be removed as with the simulated bullet holes. Gets a LOT of attention. Bed is not a stock bed but aftermarket with wooden and metal strips/boards. Vega taillights. Underside is solid. Very nice except for road dirt and some minor surface rust. Original front suspension. New Cooper 295/50/15 on rear..215's on the front. Newer 10 inch wide wheels in rear..8 inch in front.
This is a nice driver that has no whines in the transmission or rear end. Driven on non rainy days only. Always stored in a dry environment inside. No power steering. No choke on the 2bbl carb. Truck has plenty of power and will leave rubber on the road if wanted. Cruises effortlessly at 60 and still plenty in reserve. Stiff suspension, tracks well down the road but still drives like an old truck .
