Purchased a 57 F100 6 cylinder, truck was towed which had been sitting for years!

The engine cranked over but there was a short in original ignition switch wire! Replaced ignition switch!

Would it be as simple as tracing the shorted wire which appears to go to the acc on ignition switch?

All wiring appears to be original but not in good condition!

It’s obvious a new wiring harness would be line, but just for the sake of just getting it started, is there 1 or 2 wires terminating at the acc connection? If only one wire is required, does that wire go straight to the solenoid or is it more complicated! FYI, the system was converted to 12 V.
(We don’t have a wiring diagram readily available)!

    Thanks in advance!
