1960 Ford F100 Meteor

    Hello,

    I just picked up a 1960 Ford F100 with a Meteor Badge. I have been trying to find information on the Meteor line and have been unable to. Does anyone have any information regarding this model? Thank you.

    1950's/60's: Meteor was a Ford Motor Co. of Canada passenger car sold especially for the Canadian market.

    AFAIK, no Ford or Mercury Truck sold in Canada was called Meteor.

    1962/63 US: Meteor was the Mercury version of the mid-sized Ford Fairlane.

    Thank you. I did see that information online. I guess a previous owner decided to put a meteor badge on the left side of the truck which threw me off.
