1962 F100 Front Brake cylinders

    Howdy Folks,
    Would someone help to identify the front brake cylinders on this F100 ? The parts suppliers list a dual piston wheel cylinder. Is the single piston correct for the 1962 F100 V8, Auto unibody ? Is the dual an upgrade ? The dual piston cylinder measures narrow for the shoe contacts. All help is appreciated.

    1962 F100 2WD from serial number 260,001 and 1963 F100 2WD have right (C2TZ-2061-A) and left (C2TZ-2062-A) single sided front wheel cylinders.
