1984 F250 underhood fire

    My 84 F250 caught afire 2 weeks ago and the fire dept had trouble getting the hood open. Consequently the truck was extensively damaged from the firewall forward. This was a very nice truck with 70000 miles in excellent condition. It was featured in a music video a while back with AJ Mitchell titled "Down in flames" appropriately enough. It can be seen on you tube. My question is: what avenues do I have to sell the bed, doors, bumpers, seat, etc. I anyone has a suggestion or needs any of these parts, contact me please. My location in Farmington, Missouri.

    I'm sorry to see this, especially since it looks like it was in excellent condition. In your shoes I'd consider Facebook's marketplace and eBay, or better yet local truck shows this summer now, since vaccinations will hopefully have most things opening up by then. If you can wait, take it to the Midwest Truck Nationals in the fall. It is in Kansas City, Missouri. That is assuming it's not canceled this year like it was last year. Many people get top dollar for parts at the bigger shows:
