Hello. I'm new here, and I've got a "cool" thing I want to do on my 1992 F-350. I want to put AC in it and was wondering if anyone has done it. I know I need the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and some other things. The climate controls in the cab would have to be changed, new vacuum lines ran, and a new heater box too. I'd like to get a 1994 or later to have R134A. Any tips/suggestions? My truck has the 5.8 in it. Thanks for any help!!!

That's a huge undertaking. Probably the best way would be to find a parts vehicle to be the donor.

Yes, that's what I want to do. It would be pretty dumb without a parts donor. I have the smartest dad in the world, and between him and I we can figure it out!
