This drives me crazy. Passenger side of the Y pipe leaks at the flange that bolts to the manifold. I’m not sure if it has a failed gasket or if it a bulge type connection that not aligned correctly. I’ve tried tightening but I’[IMG]#ad

Rusted as those are I'd spray them down with Kroil or other good penetrating oil overnight then remove the nuts to see what's going on in between the two parts of the exhaust pipe. Maybe a bit of Permatex or Loktite exhaust sealer is all it'll need with a good tightening down.

I agree with Ken. Take it apart and verify what it looks like.

That was very good advice. For future reference, there is no “donut” or gasket in this specific connection. The picture shows the header pipe meeting the manifold after removing the flange.

I loosened both sides (L & R) of the Y pipe and tried prying the leaky pipe towards the leak. Sir enough, the pipe moved just a bit and seated the leak. I tighten the leaky side first. So far, no leak. Fingers crossed.
