Anyone have and details or help swapping a bench seat for 40/20/40 or buckets for a 93 f150

 

I’ve never done it but have talked to or read where others have.
My understanding is that the brackets are the same 93 to 93. You will need the seat tracks for the 40/20/40 and the bigger problem would be the electrical connections for the 40/20/40 seats.
I have seen where people have put seats from a different year in and then had to completely redo the seat belts because of different sized catches.

I once rebuilt a '97 diesel, and put a '93 cab on it, the 40 20 40 seat bolted to the bucket mounts, however, a non bucket cab may not have had the inner bolt holes. They are re-enforced holes, so welding brackets into your cab may be in the cards.
If you like really long road trips, I have some '93 buckets and console in Saskatchewan!
