2005 Ford Lariat 4x4 Front struts

    Can I just replace the front struts without messing with the springs? I bought new rear shocks and front struts but the front have no spring attached to it. YouTube mostly shows changing with attached spring to the front shock.

    I'd get struts that have springs on them, so you know the springs are compatible with the strut.
