2015 F150 Wont shut off

    I have a 2015 super crew took delivery in July and in January now for the third time it won't shut off . When it shuts off, overnight the battery will go dead. The dealer has replaced the body Control module but two weeks later same issue as anybody else had this issue ?

    Third time.... it's time for a lemon law claim, if you're so inclined (depending on state).

    Have they done anything basic and simple like checking for the ignition cylinder short, ie, it's providing a connection to the accessory/power circuit even when turned off?

    I'm wondering if it's a fault with the BMS instead of the BCM, seems to be a common enough complaint with the 2011-2014 (virtually the same truck). There's a way the dealer is supposed to be able to reset it.

    Yes I am researching my options as far as lemon law I've had it. Not sure if they did check the ignition cylinder they had the truck as we speak they're waiting for Ford engineers to get back to them.. I'm just real curious if anybody else had this problem.

    Any aftermarket add ons? Like trailer brakes, etc
    Could be that there is a bare wire to frame somewhere

    I've read it is sometimes from water intrusion on the tailgate electrical connector. It causes enough of a drain to kill the battery overnight.
