Lariat and up trim swap to XL?

    Let's say I bought a 2017+ F250 XL but I wanted the keyless entry, push button start, and heat/cool seats of the Lariat and up trims, without paying the ridiculous prices these trucks are going for, would it be possible to go to a pick-a-part or even buy new "repacement" parts and install them? Has anyone ever done this?
