So today I went to rotate my tires and needed a 5' pinch bar to pry off all four wheels. The truck was bought new in 2019 (17k miles) and this was the first time the wheels have been removed. The wheels are the 18" cast aluminum. Has anyone else had the pleasure of doing this?

Rust or something else causing them to stick?

it has long been a issue with alloy to steel contact causing corrosion locking the wheel to the hub, in my dealer shop days i have many times needed to swing a 12 pound sledge at the tire many times to free the wheel, rocking and turning the wheel till it came off.

get the wheel off carefully clean both the rim center and hub apply never seize to the hub before remounting the wheel, than start rotating every 5k and reapplying the never seize

That is exactly what my Ford tech friend suggested. Just happy I found this in the driveway and not on the side of the road.
