2019 stuck in remote start mode

    2nd time having this issue . I have a 2019 reg.cab gasser f350w/ FACTORY REMOTE START .
    I CANNOT EXIT REMOTE START by any means . I researched this on several sites and forums . I have the key flip fob with remote start & or manual start /entry . I also have remote lock tailgate incl. In which is off my unit bc I have a salt spreader in rear . Tried manipulating all settings to no avail . The stealer had it 1 week and couldn't find anything either. Help ?
