Is anyone else having electrical issues with these trucks. (screen going out, no sound from speakers, passenger front speaker making and on and off buzzing sound. warning message after warning message).

Back story:
purchased 10-20-20, Truck has 36,XXX miles and been in shop 14 times in the last 2 1/2 years. last time dealership replaced a wire they said was causing the problems, drove 100 miles and screen started flashing (Again), speaker noise, and tailgate ajar message, took it back in.

the dealership is now saying they will not cover because the found a residue under the dash.

I feel they cant figure it out and are grasping at straws so the factory warranty will not cover it anymore.

Anyone else having same issues with their truck and/or can give advice?

 

Welcome abord. That stinks with the truck. Bought mine Oct-Nov 20. Haven't hade any problems at all....knock on my head (wood)! Wonder maybe if you should try another dealer. Different dealers are different for sure. I mean 14 times in 2 1/2 yrs when does the lemon law kick in?? What excuse did they use the previous 13 times??
