I am looking at a NEW Ford F250, sticker shows,,, SnowPlow Pkg, Electr. rear axle locking, 10000# GVWR. With those specs,, this truck should handle an 8 / 8.5 ft Western angle plow,,, or even a 8 ft 6 in Western Vplow , correct,,,,or are there more specs I need to look for on truck

It'll go by the specs on the sticker, no other specs.... since there are so many different axle, spring, etc. combinations out there, the window sticker it the final word on it.

i run 8.5 western straight blade, the 14 F350 had a 8.5 fisher "V" blade, and the two F550's have 9.5 fisher straight blades on them. all my old trucks has 8 foot meyer commercial blades on them.
your 20 will be fine with an 8.5 western as long as you take it off after plowing and do not drive all over the world with it mounted and in the raised position.
