What are y'all using to bridge the difficulty in getting trailer safety chains hooked into Ford's blocky attachment ports?? Links to products would be very helpful. Thanks!

I use several different methods depending on which trailer I'm towing and which hitch set up, plain stinger or hitch extension with stinger...from cables & hooks directly to the hitch connector to chains with hooks or chains with heavy duty chain links or heavy duty quick links.....
