351 in a 56 F100

    Any hints on installing a 351/C6 in a 56 ford F100? Using the Mustang II front end with the 5.5 bolt pattern. I put a 351 in a 65 Falcon and C6 and had to do major fabbing on the firewall. Anything else that I may run into would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

    Get a 1992 - 95 351 for the roller cams. I can't offer more on that for your truck, I haven't restored one!

    should be plenty of room for that small block... might need a rear sump oil pan for crossmember clearance to get engine low in the frame...I did a 460 and it was tight
