4.6 "stumbles" before downshift

    Have '03 F150 with 4.6. Runs great on Flat land. Any Incline will cause engine to stumble. Touch accelerator to cause downshift and engine runs fine.
    Have replaced fuel pump & filter (200k miles, figured it was time) no change. All O2 sensors replaced 20k back.

    Do you have any codes? Could be a coil cutting out.

    Very common issue with coils when you get miles on the truck, especially if moisture gets to them.
