Yes there is a bushing in the mount. Best bet is to get a Bushing Driver Set, search online for new or possibly used. You would choose the correct driver which will fit the bore and the outer edge a bit smaller than the outside diameter of the bushing. There is a hole in the middle of the driver and the kit has a handle you would drive with a hammer to knock the bushing out or in. Or if capable make the one size you need for your job. I prefer to push or pull bushings in or out with a threaded rod, an over size deep socket with the threaded rod thru every thing and needed nuts and flat washers to make turning the nuts easier. Your Picture shows in side it may be 2 Bushings with a space in center for grease thru a fitting on the frame bracket or your pins have grease fittings. Cap
