I have a 2018 2wd. I have a 2" leveling kit and 3" rear block that I am planning to install this weekend. I have access to some free front shocks taken of a 2018 4wd truck. Will the 4wd shocks fit with the leveling kit and add more lift? What are the front suspension differences between the 2wd and 4wd? I tried searching through a site selling OEM for parts, and as best I could tell, only the shocks are different.
