65 300 l6 custom intake

    Hey y'all, I'm looking at doing a either a offenheiser intake with a Holley 350 with hedman split headers or a Clifford intake with a 2bbl weber with the Clifford split headers, any body done either? Don't know much about the engine except it has a 66 block and a late 70's head with blocked of air induction ports. Is it worth the 1200-1500 for the setup with a unmodified engine? I'm trying to get it highway driveable

    Personally I wouldn't fork out the money for it unless there was some modification which required the ability to flow air at a much higher rate than stock. For instance a turbocharger.
