I have a 2010 E350 motorhome and want to convert it to a four wheel drive. I would like to do this by using a 2010 ford truck, can anyone tell me if the frames are the same on the E series and the F series. I am hoping they are so this would be a simple unbolt on the F frame and bolt on to the E frame. Thanks for any information.

The frames are similar but a lot of the mounting locations are different and driveshaft lengths are different too.

You'd need the axles, transfer case, ABS sensors, coils, radius arms, steering links. Would need to fab custom brackets and move the axle perches plus I imagine some other custom fabrication.

It might be less hassle overall to get a conversion kit from someone like ujointoffroad.com
