Own 1973 Ford F-350. Recently began stalling/engine stopping on me while driving.
Typically I have pulled over and restart and continued driving without issue. Problem usually wouldn’t happen again until recently. Driving... engine killed... pulled over... restart... drove another few miles... engine killed... would not restart.
I took the battery and alternator to NAPA. Alternator tested good. Battery tested bad.
Replaced battery and reinstalled alternator... fired right up. Let run for a bit and all seemed well. Came back to pick up the vehicle... engine started... and I drove maybe 2 blocks and engine died again and wouldn’t restart.
Fuel seems to be getting to engine.. clear fuel filter full.
Any suggestions on where to go from here?
    Distributor cap/Rotor?
    Ignition cables?
    Spark plugs?

    Ignition coil?

    Thoughts? TIA!

Ignition module box on fender is getting ready to quit
Make sure to replace it with same type. Blue harness with blue harness, etc

Muel and FTZ HAIC like this.
