Hello! First time here and I have need of your intellect! My grandfather left me his 88 f350 xlt lariat, it is a dually with the 460 gas burner in it and the 3 speed autotragic. She has 110k miles and has been in a shop for 24 years untouched. My goal is to use her as the tow pig for our excursions. And want to start the restoration right by going ahead and replacing both fuel tanks and new pumps and filters before I go any further. When I look up the tanks it says a 19 gal side tank for the front and a 16 or a 19 gal rear tank. I also need fuel pumps/sending units for both and a tank selector. Would any one have any recommendations or part numbers that I could go off of? Also anything else I should do before her first fire up in 25 years? P.s. i know the transmission pan is leaking at the gasket and sane for the oil pan. Shes old and has trouble holding it in.
