I just bought an 89 f250 that still has the original radio I want to change it so I need to get back there to change it but I don’t want to tear it up. Does anyone know how to pop off the plastic around the radio and air conditioner? And does any body know a good radio with blue tooth that fits the plug in without having to splice wires/ what kind of plug in it is?

I bought my radio from Crutchfield it came with instructions and a wiring harness so that factory harness is left intact .
