Im new here so take it easy on me. I have a 91 f350 with the 7.5 stick shift. i can cruise at low rpms in all gears just fine, but at top speed/high rpms in all gears it will just completely drop out like ive took my foot off the pedal. If i ease off the gas it will return to normal but as soon as i get back on the gas it falls on its face like its not getting any gas..... to paint a picture, it hops around and makes me look like some idiot that cant drive a stick, extremely aggravating. So far ive put the following new parts on it: new plugs and wires, Fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, throttle position sensor, map sensor, and cam shaft position sensor. Yes ive thrown a lot of parts at it, but ive hit a wall. if anyone has faced a similar issue, id love to hear about it.

You've gone through most everything I would. A plugged catalytic converter can cause symptoms like this too, might want to check that.
