97 f150 5.4L misfire, help

    I took a load to the dump about 2 weeks ago and it ran fine. Parked it on a hill with the front end facing down, water built up in the back of the bed, not sure if this going to be related or not. Took it out for a drive and was hesitating and shaking bad when trying to accelerate and CEL started flashing. Turned around and checked the code on my scanner and it said Cylinder 5 misfire with nothing else on there. Replaced the spark plug, coil pack didn't help and then i replaced the fuel injector for cylinder 5. Took it out for a spin, same hesitating and shaking. Checked the new code, and it said cylinder 8 was misfiring this time, but said nothing about cylinder 5. Where do i go from here?

    Check for rain water in the plug wells. I see the often. Blow out with compressed air and dry the coil boots if you find moisture.

    Coils tend to go out more than one, or quickly after one another, usually due to water. That's my experience at least.
