Since even Fox News national security correspondent has verified the source and story that Trump called US soldiers who died in combat "losers", and those who couldn't get out of service in Vietnam as "suckers"... My question is to those vets who supported him. Do you still support him? According to polls, for the first time in decades, more active-duty support the Democrat candidate over the Republican.
As a 30 year veteran, here is my answer: To answer all of those of you who would say “I can't believe you would vote for Trump." Well folks listen up! I'm not just voting for him. I'm voting for the second Amendment. I'm voting for the next supreme court justice. I'm voting for the electoral college, and the Republic we live in. I'm voting for the Police,and law and order. I'm voting for the military, and the veterans who fought for and died for this Country. I'm voting for the Flag that is always missing from the Democratic background. I'm voting for the right to speak my opinion and not be censored. I’m voting for secure borders. I’m voting for the right to praise my God without fear. I’m voting for every unborn soul the Democrats want to murder. I’m voting for freedom and the American Dream. I’m voting for good and against evil. I'm not just voting for one person, I'm voting for the future of my Country! What are you voting for?
Why not show some original thought and initiative, and give original substantive reasons why you are voting for him, and not a copy/paste of someone else? Even the copy/paste wasn't that good, since it doesn't give one actual example of a reason - rather, its a bunch of campaign one-liners.
Because that is exactly why I will vote for him. I don't particularity like him as a person but I certainly do not like socialism, revisionist history, and more government control. Sorry you don't like my response. But it is exactly how I view this election.

"I'm voting for the military, and the veterans who fought for and died for this Country." - Was it when he called them suckers? - Was it when he called then losers? - When he dodged the draft? - When a court fined him for ripping off a veteran charity? - When he refused to honor the WWI dead in due to rain, when other European heads of state did honor them? (This was the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI). - Was he honoring vets when he gutted VA employee benefits, leading to many to leaving an already understaffed agency? - Was he honoring vets when he tried to shut down VA nursing homes (and stopped in large part thanks to Senator Jon Tester). - Was he honoring them when he shuttered the VA Interim Staffing Project? - Was he honoring them when under his policies, VA job vacancies increase by 20% over the past 3 years?
Did he not increase the DoD budget? Did he not weed out some of the incompetence and bureaucracy that plagues the VA? He has certainly supported benefits to meilitay members and their. Do you honestly think Biden and Harris will support the military? Do you really think Harris will make a great president? When one votes for Biden, he/she is also voting for Harris. What has Biden ever done for the military in all his years of public service. If fact, what has he ever done period? Oh yes, he favored China. I forgot about that. He favored the grants sent to labs in Wuhan. And what did we get for those millions? A plague. Once again, I don't care for Trump as a person; but he is a far better choice the the leftist, Marxist Dems. I am not going to change your mind and you will never convince me to vote for people who want socialism, want to greatly restrict the Second Amendment, and who do not believe in American exceptionalism. I spent 30 years of my life giving you the right to vote as you want. I would not change that. I firmly believe that the Dems want destroy the US as we know it. Remember the purpose of the 2A; it is the guarantee of the whole Bill of Rights.
