Just a little update...got the alternator bracket made and temporarily bolted up...I used the GM 10SI, Delco part #321-41 in the 9 o'clock position to aid in wiring...just a little paint on the bracket and a new belt I should be good to go...

Have you thought about useing a 3G Ford set up?
160 amp and still 3 wires

 

I hate to say it, but I'm uneducated on the 3G Ford Set up...160 amps sounds impressive and could power a lot of goodies Where were these used?

I think maybe I will talk with Ken, and see if we can pull some of that out, and make a sticky out of it

I have used the GM set up you are using, and it works well.
I even adapted one of my rollback wreckers to use that alternator.

 

That looks like a slick option for an upgrade and keep more blue oval parts on it! That would definitely make a great sticky I appreciate you educating me on this!
