My seat is a bit worn .
I am not keen on buckets , a redo on my seat will be over $4oo .
I am cheep by nature , and hear that newer seats will bolt in to my 78 f100 .
I want to stay with a bench seat . What will fit without major modifications ?

If I'm not mistaken seats from 1973 all the way through 1996 will bolt right in, using the 73-79 rails you already have. So find a 90's F-series with a good condition bench at the salvage yard. :)

    Pat ( 67 nukeford ) bought a seat from a 92-96 for his 67
It's a bench, with a drop down arm rest in the middle. has head rests built in.most from that era are cloth.
This is my 95 Eddie Bauer, The arm rest sits behind where the windex bottle is, it is a large square, covered all sides in same material as the seat
If your lucky, the cup holder will still be there too.

I can take better pictures, and take measurments if you want

Thanks . I would think if the rear windows are the same dimensions , the seat would be close also .
