Are the front and rear brake drums/setup the same on 57 F100? In other words , are the drums, etc interchangeable?

Welcome to FTZ! A quick look by me seems the the rear shoes are 1.75" and fronts are 2". If this is Your truck, why not jack it up, take off one front and one rear drum and compare. Should be no self adjusters and if you haven't adjusted them manually, they should slip off the studs.

There are dozens of online sites offering new shoes and drums.
