Hi, I'm new here. Just searching around trying to find some help. I like to do my own work as much as possible and I'm currently working on my brakes. I've replaced the brake booster and master cylinder. I didn't read the instructions about bench bleeding the master cylinder, I just bolted it up and filled it with fluid. I've bled the brakes several times and can pump up a hard pedal, but as soon as I crank it up, no pedal. What did I do wrong? Can someone give me a direction to go cause I can't afford to take it to the shop. I'm currently driving a 1999 f150, two wheel drive. Also the brake lights now wont go off

You need to bleed the master cylinder. Sounds like its not primed, and has air.
