Hi everybody, I’m new to the forum but not new to the world. 64 and just bought a 97 F250, rust free from California. Finding body parts for this truck is a bear! Does anyone know where I can find the exterior door body trim/molding? I need it for both sides but can’t find them anywhere. They’re 2 inches wide and come in four lengths for each side. 36 inch, 24 inch, 43 inch, and 10 inch. Evening a reasonable replacement/aftermarket would be fine. Thanks for your help.

If you do a search for 97 Ford truck parts you will get a fairly good list of aftermarket suppliers
There is also LMC truck, Dennis Carpenter ford parts, National Parts Depot, Ecklers Ford parts
Some will have original Ford tooling availability.
Compare prices and don’t forget to include shipping cost, some get pretty high
    Good luck

In '97 there were 2 F250s, I will assume yours is the HD, because you are in this column. The moulding has a metallic strip inside, they get bent when people peel them off, and cannot be straightened very well, this makes them hard to find in decent shape. Also, they were cast in colour, so you may have to paint the replacement.
If you find one, cut the tape with a knife, do not try to peel it off the truck. I may have some in blue, cannot check for a few days, '92-'97 HD.
