    Hello,
I'm helping with This 79F250 trailer special with a 400 and C6 we are Very close to being ready to fire this newly rebuild engine. The engine was rebuilt by a reputable local engine guy who put a " RV cam" in
it And he gave Break-in instructions. These instructions involve running the engine at 2000 RPM's for 20 minutes as soon as the engine is started but surely one is expected to take the time to set the timing before Revving the engine for such a Extended time. What are your thoughts on this break-in Procedure and How many °Of timing Would you estimate a 400 with this " RV cam" (don't ask me the cam specs. I have no idea) Would likely be at at?
    Thank you for your thoughts.
