Can a bumper with Fog light/air holes replace a solid bumper?

I have a 1997 F250HD. It originally had a solid chromed bumper, no holes or padding. Unfortunately, I was in an accident recently and will now need to replace the bumper. The problem is, I can't find any bumpers in the same style anywhere near me. However, I've found a few with holes for fog lights / air holes. This may seem like a dumb question, but would one of those work as a replacement?

Also, another probably dumb question, but would a bumper from another model of truck, from the same era, work as well? For example, I've found these:

    https://www.carparts.com/details/Ford/F_Super_Duty/Replacement/Bumper/1997/7784.html

Is there any way to find a list of what other trucks would have the same fit of bumper?
    Thank you!

Odd that your post had affiliate ids in the link, almost like its stealth spamming. They've been removed. Be careful where you copy links from.

The bumper with the holes was used with the powerstroke for extra cooling, also used on some later non diesel trucks. They should interchange, but a solid bumper could cause overheating on a diesel.
