    I've always felt public dyno pulls were a recipe for disaster. Taking an engine to the redline at full throttle that close to people is asking to have someone get seriously hurt or killed.

    over fueled diesels and top fuel , both can be handgrenades, I'm with you about people being to close like at those show off pulls, i'm lucky to still be alive when this one blew up right behind my head at 221 MPH just over 20 years ago,
