Changing engine's

    I got a 1983 f100 with a 300 6 cylinder in it fixing to take it out and put a 302 in will I have to change the perches out or will it fit right in ,I've never changed a 6 to an 8 before trying to figure out what all I need to do.

    Yes, the Windsor engines use different perches than the inline engines.
