Its not often you find something with so few miles, though the weather has taken it's toll on the body:

It was originally donated by Ford Motor Company to Montana State University to teach engine diagnostics, when was stored for many years in a warehouse before it made it's way to a used car dealer in 2006, then someone got it back into running condition before putting it up for sale on Hemmings.

You can find this diamond in the rough here:

Not sure how they ended up with a title for that

Ford donated several trucks to the Voc Tech center locally here, and when they were finished with them, they were given to us to be sent for scrap
They went straight from the Vo Tech center to the scrap yard, and right into the shredder, then the paperwork had to be faxed to Ford FROM THE SCRAP YARD.
Non EVER had a title, only a build sheet, and a vin plate.

Pretty easy actually, at least in Georgia it was. Go to an insurance company and get a title bond.... if it's never reported stolen then the bonded title is as good as gold, as it's basically a title that insures against it being a stolen vehicle. Not terribly expensive either. I've done it in the past with a couple of motorcycles where the owner lost the title a long time ago.
