2018 F150 XLT coyote 5.0L engine makes a popping noise intermittantly upon start-up. Sounded like it was coming from the intake plumbing. Installed a cold air intake system to see if that could solve the problem but it did not. I'm reluctant to see the dealer for reasons I developed over the years of dealing with them. Anybody have suggestions to try before I bite the bullet and make an appointment.
