Crank but no start

    Ok, so 99 F250 LD, 5.4. Quit on me, thought it was fuel pump plus ignition issue.So far have swapped fuel pump, starter, relays and pcm. Checked all grounds, new battery and just spins but no fire. Not sure what to check next, does anyone here have any insight on what to check next? Oh, and I also changed out the guage cluster as someone told me if the cluster fails it can cause a no start issue. I am at my wits end with this pile.

    Can you verify it's either spark or fuel that's lacking?

    I have fuel at the rails, that much is for sure, I ran out of daylight to do much more. Will test to see if I have spark and injectors firing tomorrow after work.

    I also forgot to mention that after I replaced the starter, I did have it running, and a week later when I went to move it, it fired up and ran for about 5 or 6 minutes and it just shut off and wouldn't fire up after that.
