My 1972 f250 has cruise control on the steering wheel. It also has 2 batteries. Is this possible from the factory? I just got this pick up, and it has great patina. sea mist green.

Dual batteries were introduced in 1973, Speed Control in 1975.

Would it even be possible to put cruise control on a 1972 truck?

Where is the Speed Control switch? Clipped onto the T/S handle or are there buttons in the horn pad?

    Horn pad buttons. Very strange.

Factory Speed Control, but it wasn't introduced until 1975.

If you can take a pic of the wheel and post it, I can ID what it's from.

Thanks, so I guess I have an aftermarket Jimmy. It also has a oil bath air cleaner.

    Oil bath was an option.
