    Hello,
I have a 5.8L F250. Recently has been stalling at stops. I replaced the O2 sensors since the codes indicated that was the problem. I thought the problem was resolved but apparently it kept stalling but my wife didn’t think it was important to tell me about it. She drove it home fine but now won’t start in the driveway. No codes.

I checked around in the engine bay for any issues and I figured I would take a look at the PCV. The PCV bottom connects to a hose which connects to a plastic cap. The cap fits into a hole in the engine block. My plastic cap fits very loosely in the hole, it is very clearly not air tight. I have attached a picture which should depict the part and condition.

This doesn’t look right to me, can anyone confirm how this is supposed to look? Any idea on a part name?

    Thanks for the help.
