disc brakes for 70 f100

    hi ,i'm interested in getting some info on putting front disc brakes on my 1970 f100.i know that the big thing now is the crown Vicky front end swap,but i'd like to keep the twin I-beams as original.and I am wondering if anyone has done this and would know what year model I could use to swap out the twin I-beams with to keep as close to original as possible.
