I purchased my truck dec 2022. week after purchasing the radio would go off and back on. I was told to bring it in before it comes back on. January 2023 I took it in and they did a reset and said it was fixed. radio continued random on off. September 30th radio froze up and center instrument panel went blank and all Driver Assist stoped. It stayed off even after stopping and tried resetting several times. Took it in to Dealership and left it 2 days. They fixed a recall and said nothing was wrong wit the Driver Assist. I drove it the next day and it still was inoperable. I am a Ford lover. my Truck is awesome except for this problem. I shouldn't have to carry a $14 Bluetooth speaker to listen to music! Any suggestions?
