I have a 302 in a 1980 F-100. It had a slight engine knock at, not high rpms, but it showed up as if ur gettin up to speed. Put new rod n main bearings in it n did not see other then normal wear on all but one. it showed a little more on it but no groves or anything to indicate a big prob. put it all back to gather n the knock is still there. I know to do it right, the motor needs to come out. We tried the easy way n no luck. It has great oil pressure when hot. Any ideas other then pulling it out n spending more money on it? any input would be a help. Thanks
