Hi, new to forum, thank in advance for any advice or ideas. I have a 2019 F350 lariat ultimate fx4 with 8" fabtech ( 4" coil overs and 4 link in the back ) lift and 38x 13.50 toyos or nittos ( depends on time of year) My issue is that the truck "sways" and wanders alot. before this truck I had a 2017 platinum F350 SRW with a PMF 8" lift and it handled like a sports car. The only real difference I can think of is the Platinum had the adaptive steering system. Could this be a issue? When I first got the 19, before the lift, it felt a little more sloppy than the 17- I chalked that up to the softer stock suspension. But this truck is pain to drive. The PMF lift was a bit more robust and had big hiem joints where the fabtech stuff is a little less heavy duty. I have a dual steering stabilizer on both trucks incase that matters.

Any time you screw around with ride height (lift or drop) with adaptive steering, get the wheel position and effort sensor calibrated by a dealer.

Eric C, Thank you starting this thread cause I bought a 2020 Platform F-350 with the idea of a 10” lift on 40” tires and I need to know what I’m in for as well as what to look out for…. So I thank you in advance for all of your help cause I will be coming back to this thread often!!
