Here is the scoop. I finally have my undercarriage, running gear, new engine and transmission all installed and together. All I have left is wiring and plumbing the engine. Minimum body work has been done, as my budget has maxed out.

Question: Should I go ahead and wire everything in, install everything I have before completing body work? I am not overly concerned about looks at this point.

It's best to have everything sort of put together as a "dry run" before you paint, that way your not ripping, scratching and denting your freshly painted truck

You will get tired of putting it together and taking it apart, but in the end, it's all worth it

that is how I am progressing-
1 time "dry run" then tear down for paint-

even tho some parts are on and off multiple times.........

Thanks guys. I am currently laying out the wires and getting an idea of where everything should go to keep the compartment clean looking.
