My F250 4x4 started out what my grand kids called the booger truck because of the green paint that was on it!! afbcdn_sphotos_b_a.akamaihd.net_hphotos_ak_xpf1_v_t1.0_9_4025619c2ef3490b8a9940b2d9553c3958151.jpg #ad
But looks like this now: ascontent_dfw.xx.fbcdn.net_hphotos_xaf1_v_t1.0_9_p180x540_55447be9932d39fc11c20fd10de16b14d9c7.jpg #ad

Well its seems that the turn signal switch has gone out on the Booger truck, #2 of them in the last 5 years!

Put in the new signal switch, all is working, but when I pug in the flat bed trailer the turn signals stop when the brakes are applied. But I did find out that the upper steering column had no ground.

I am thinking the trailer wiring may have an issue

No, once the ground was fixed all is working great. The last turn signal switch I used was a OEM switch that I fond at a swap meet, it has been working great, has made two trips to SF bay area and back to central Oregon and one trip to Portland with the trailer, all lights are still working great.
