F350 Cab swap

    I have a 1966 F350. It is full of rust. I would like to do a cab swap. What other years are compatible? Will a F250 cab work on a F350 chassis? Any other considerations?

    1961/64 all, 1965 F100/250 4WD; 1965/66 F350/1100; 1966 F250 4WD

    These trucks have a large cab step visible when the door is opened.

    No cab step: 1965/66 F100/250 2WD; 1966 F100 4WD
